Determine correct major mode when multiple filename extensions match

Description

Matlab and Objective-C share the .m filename extension. It would be nice if peppy could scan the file and disambiguate the major mode automatically.

(In [2531]) Fixed #844: added verifyLanguage to FundamentalMode? and scanLanguage to MajorModeMatcherDriver?

  • if multiple filename extensions match, calls scanLanguage to attempt to match against known comment indicators and keywords
  • added 'm' extension to octave and matlab modes
