Add command to swap terms

Description

I find it not atypical that I want to swap two terms in an argument list, say: 

  second, first

to 

  first, second

It might be convenient to have a keystroke that, when the cursor is placed between the two terms, it would swap them.

Would also be useful to swap around an equals sign
