Link unknown trac wikinames to API documentation

Figure out some way to map wiki names that Trac doesn't know about to the api documentation. For example, it would be nice if FundamentalView? were automatically linked to the api docs at http://www.flipturn.org/peppy/api/fundamental.FundamentalView-class.html instead of pointing to an unknown wiki page here in Trac.
